Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Code with Claude Code while driving — safely, hands-free, eyes-up.

teslacode.dev mirrors your Mac screen to your Tesla's browser and lets you control Claude Code voice dictation from the touchscreen. Run this on your Mac to enable mic controls — it translates touch events from the Tesla into real keystrokes so you can toggle voice mode and send messages without touching your laptop.

Usage

npx teslacode.dev

Then open teslacode.dev on your Mac, share your screen, and open the room link on your Tesla. Tap the mic button on the Tesla to start/stop voice dictation in Claude Code — no hands on the keyboard required.

Requirements

  • macOS with Node.js 18+
  • Accessibility permission: open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and add your terminal app

The daemon runs entirely locally — keystroke commands never leave your machine.
