Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Installation

npm install tikz-academic-diagrams

Usage

This package provides TikZ templates and guidelines for creating academic diagrams, especially for machine learning architectures.

Available Templates

  • base-template.tex - Generic diagram starter
  • neural-network.tex - Multi-layer neural network
  • attention-mechanism.tex - Self-attention mechanism
  • cnn-architecture.tex - Convolutional neural network layers

Copy Templates

# Copy a template to your project
cp node_modules/tikz-academic-diagrams/assets/base-template.tex my-diagram.tex
cp node_modules/tikz-academic-diagrams/assets/neural-network.tex my-network.tex

Compile TikZ Files

# Using lualatex
lualatex --output-format=dvi my-diagram.tex
dvisvgm my-diagram.dvi --font-format=woff

# Or use the npm script from this package
npm run tikz
