Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

the pcb design is done using tina designer software [ 45 ], which is a graphical user interface that allows users to create, simulate and test circuits on a pc. our pcb design is divided into three main sections: (i) the nz32-l151 mcu; (ii) the analogue sensing section, and (iii) the data logger (including the hardware setup and software configuration). the nz32-l151 mcu is a microcontroller unit, which is an 8 bit single-chip microcontroller that is equipped with an analog to digital converter (adc) [ 43 ]. its dimensions and power consumption are shown in figure 6 (a). the analogue sensing section consists of the piezoelectric film sensor, the two op-amps, and the peak-trough detector. the peak-trough detector circuit is designed to detect the peaks and troughs of the ac current output signal from the piezoelectric film sensor. its two inputs are connected to the two op-amps and the inverting input terminal is connected to the resistor-capacitor (rc) circuit. the resistor r8 has a value of 1kω to protect the op-amp oa2 from overvoltage spikes. the capacitor c1 has a value of 0.1µf to provide time delay for the op-amp oa2, and the capacitor c2 has a value of 100nf to provide the rc time constant. the outputs of the op-amps are connected to the inputs of the peak-trough detector, and therefore its output state depends on the state of the input signals. the outputs of the op-amps are also connected to the inputs of the inverting and non-inverting inputs of the comparator oa3 in the data logger section. the data logger section consists of two parts: hardware setup and software configuration. the hardware setup involves (i) the monitoring of the input signals from the two op-amps and the output signal from the peak-trough detector, (ii) the recording of the monitored inputs and output signals to the data logger, and (iii) the conversion of the analogue inputs to digital signals, as well as the recording of the results. 84d34552a1
