Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

ts-taskManager

A simple TypeScript CLI task manager for creating, updating, listing, and managing tasks from the command line.

Installation

Install globally from npm:

npm install -g ts-taskManager

Or use with npx:

npx ts-taskManager <command>

Usage

Create a task

ts-taskManager create "Buy groceries"
ts-taskManager add "Finish project"

List tasks

ts-taskManager list          # Show all tasks
ts-taskManager ls            # Alias for list

Update a task

ts-taskManager update <id> "New title"
ts-taskManager edit <id> "New title"

Mark tasks

ts-taskManager complete <id>     # Mark as completed
ts-taskManager incomplete <id>   # Mark as incomplete
ts-taskManager toggle <id>       # Toggle completion status

Delete tasks

ts-taskManager delete <id>       # Delete a specific task
ts-taskManager rm <id>           # Alias for delete
ts-taskManager delete all        # Delete all tasks
