Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Tyk.io Dashboard API Wrapper 0.0.7

This module is to wrap the Tyk.io Dashboard API calls into an easy to use node.js module. Thus far I've only got verbs for the Portal Key Request and Developer nouns covered. More to come.

Test Coverage

Env vars needed from your tyk instance:

  • TYK_APIKEY: an admin user's dashboard API key
  • TYK_PLAN_ID: an existing plan/policy Id to create test key reqs with
  • TYK_USER_ID: an existing develop user Id to create test key reqs with
  • TYK_USER_EMAIL: an email address to create and update a test user with

Plan/policy and user ids can be grabbed off the tyk dashboard's URL.
