Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

VeritasChat + GBSE — Restored App + Additive V15 Calibration Harness

Primary app: src/App.tsx mounts the canonical npm package app from veritas-q35-unified/src/App and adds only one floating V15 calibration rail. No npm package file is modified.

Current State

  • Original UI restored and styled under Tailwind v4 via src/index.css with @source "../node_modules/veritas-q35-unified/src".
  • V15 overlay is minimized by default as a tiny left-center rail, so it does not cover the original chat input or header.
  • V15 calibration dialog includes:
    • Live Compare tab
    • Batch Bank tab
    • 1-5 question cap
    • custom question support
    • sequential per-question completion before moving to next
    • baseline score, V15 guard score, V15 third-party judge score
    • independent comparative judge over both answers
    • improvement ledger for guard-vs-judge divergence
    • 9-model Gemini Test-and-Rotate roster
    • rate-limit-aware judge retry on a different model
    • per-question run settings
    • Williams persona selector
    • adversarial-engine toggle
    • web grounding toggle with exact OG / PrismaFetch / Jina backend selection
    • 246-defense catalog pack toggle
    • advanced gate testbed toggle
    • long-report cohesion pass
    • downloadable JSON/MD receipts

Build Verification

Use the platform build tool only:

build_project: PASS

Latest verified build:

  • 197 modules transformed
  • dist/index.html about 975 KB / 306 KB gzip
  • workers preserved: graph.worker, compute.worker

Notes For Future Agents

  • Do not modify vite.config.ts.
  • Do not create eject.* files.
  • Do not reinstall veritas-q35-unified.
  • Keep the V15 system additive unless the user explicitly authorizes editing or ejecting the npm package source.
  • The active receipt is V15_CALIBRATION_RECEIPT.md.

Status: stable. unfinished: 0.
