VIBECODE
VIBECODE is a Termux + Ubuntu setup for running Codex on Android.
It provides:
vibecode.shfor first-time setupopen.shfor opening Ubuntu later- a project menu inside Ubuntu at
/root/projects
Features

Commands
First-time setup
vibecode.shThis will:
- update Termux packages
- install required packages
- prepare storage
- install Ubuntu if missing
- configure Ubuntu
- install Codex
Open again later
open.shThis will:
- open Ubuntu
- show the project menu
- create or open projects inside
/root/projects - run
codexin the selected project
Ubuntu project folder
All Ubuntu projects are stored in:
/root/projectsExamples:
/root/projects/myapp
/root/projects/testprojectInstall
If you are using the local built package:
dpkg -i ./dist/vibecode_1.3_all.debIf you are running directly from the repo:
bash data/data/com.termux/files/usr/bin/vibecode.shIf you are publishing to npm:
npm install -g vibecode-android
vibecodeBuild Package
bash build-package.shBuilt package output:
dist/vibecode_1.3_all.debPublic Termux repo install
After your Termux APT repo is published, users should run:

Notes
- Run
vibecode.shat least once beforeopen.sh open.shdepends on the Ubuntu helper created during setup- if Ubuntu is already installed, setup bypasses reinstall steps where possible
