Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

vue-data-anchor

v1.1.6

Published

Anchor vue state and bind it to a route.

Readme

vue-data-anchor

npm npm peer dependency version npm peer dependency version npm bundle size npm coverage GitHub

Record the state of vue's data to the route. State is restored when refreshing or reloading elsewhere.

Installation

npm install vue-data-anchor
# or
yarn add vue-data-anchor

Usage

import and install

// main.js
import Vue from 'vue'
import VueRouter from 'vue-router'
import VueDataAnchor from 'vue-data-anchor'

Vue.use(VueRouter)
Vue.use(VueDataAnchor)

Quick Start

We added an anchor option to vue to mark which data needs to be anchored.

Its value is an array, array items are allowed to be strings or objects.

For example:

<template>
    <div>content</div>
</template>
<script>
export default {
    data() {
        return {
            name: 'anchor',
            count: 1,
            params: {
                pageNum: 1
            }
        };
    },
    anchor: ['name', 'count', { key: 'params.pageNum', name: 'pageNum' }]
};
</script>

Note: The key is the value of data, and the name will be used as the name of this.$route.query[name]. Reference to AnchorOptions

Defaults

When state is default, value is not added to $route.query.

The default value is usually equal to the value at registration.

It can be configured using defaults.

For example:

<template>
    <div>content</div>
</template>
<script>
export default {
    data() {
        return {
            name: 'anchor',
            count: 1,
            params: {
                pageNum: 1
            }
        };
    },
    anchor: [{ key: 'count', defaults: 2 }]
};
</script>

Note: When refreshing, if the specified key does not exist in $route.query, even if the current value is not equal to the default value, it will not be restored to the default value.

API

  • this.$anchor.register(anchorOptions: AnchorOptions = []): void;

  • this.$anchor.unregister(key: string, clearRoute = true): boolean;

  • this.$anchor.update(key: string): void;

  • this.$anchor.restore(key: string): void;

  • this.$anchor.pack(value: any): string;

  • this.$anchor.unpack(packValue: string | (string | null)[] | undefined): any
