Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Requirements

You should provide VITE_OPEN_WEATHER_API_KEY in .env file. It's needed for correct displaying of Score

VITE_OPEN_WEATHER_API_KEY = 'Your OpenWeather  API Key'

Installation

To install the necessary dependencies, run the following command:

npm install

Usage

Development

To start the development server, run:

npm run dev

This will launch the Vite development server, which provides hot module replacement and fast refresh for an enhanced development experience.

Build

To build the project for production, run:

npm run build

The build output will be generated in the dist directory. This build is optimized and ready for deployment.

Preview

To preview the production build locally, run:

npm run preview

This will start a local server to serve the files from the dist directory, allowing you to preview the production build.

Linting

To lint the project files, run:

npm run lint

This will check the code for any linting errors using ESLint according to the specified configurations. The command ensures no unused disable directives are present and enforces a maximum of zero warnings.
