Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

CLI tool for Wormhole cross-chain protocol

Readme

wormcraft

Command-line interface for the Wormhole cross-chain messaging protocol.

Convenience tooling for development — not an official Wormhole product.

Install

npm install -g wormcraft

Or run without installing:

npx wormcraft --help

Configuration

Create ~/.wormcraft/.env. RPC URLs use the pattern WORMCRAFT_{CHAIN_TICKER}_RPC:

WORMCRAFT_ETHEREUM_RPC=https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/YOUR_KEY
WORMCRAFT_SOLANA_RPC=https://api.mainnet-beta.solana.com
WORMCRAFT_PRIVATE_KEY=0xYOUR_PRIVATE_KEY
WORMCRAFT_NETWORK=mainnet

See the configuration reference for all variables.

Examples

# Track a Wormhole message
wormcraft status 0xb789efdb02a76692efd7f2aabde73470ad63fc9571a93f28f6ec505b79f4de3b

# Guardian signing latency
wormcraft latency solana
wormcraft latency ethereum --count 50

# Chain info
wormcraft info chain-id solana
wormcraft info contract-address mainnet ethereum core

# Parse a VAA
wormcraft parse 010000000001...

# Token bridge transfer
wormcraft transfer \
  --token 0x2D8BE6BF0baA74e0A907016679CaE9190e80dD0A \
  --amount 1000000000000000000 \
  --dst-chain 1 \
  --recipient 069b8857feab8184fb687f634618c035dac439dc1aeb8b2598f6c6c71f0ebdd4

# Cross-chain deploy / upgrade
wormcraft deploy --help
wormcraft deploy upgrade --help

Library usage

The CLI package exports config and provider helpers for embedding:

import { loadConfig, createEvmChain } from "wormcraft";

For protocol logic (VAA parsing, deploy, status), use @wormcraft/sdk.
