Update account settings with an AccountSet transaction

wallet new

Open a new payment channel

Options:

  --amount <xrp>                Amount of XRP to lock in the channel (decimal, e.g. 10)
  --settle-delay <seconds>      Seconds the source must wait before closing with unclaimed funds
  --public-key <hex>            33-byte secp256k1/Ed25519 public key hex (derived from key material if omitted)
  --cancel-after <iso8601>      Expiry time in ISO 8601 format (converted to XRPL epoch)
