Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Personal Organizer App

Welcome to the Personal Organizer App, a comprehensive solution for managing your daily tasks, events, and schedules. Built with React and leveraging the power of local storage, this application offers a seamless experience for personal task management, event planning, and agenda setting.

Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed:

  • Node.js (which comes with npm) installed on your computer.

Installation

Clone the repo

  git clone https://github.com/<your-github-username>/<repository-name>.git

Navigate to the project directory

  cd <repository-name>

Install NPM packages

  npm install

Start the development server

  npm start

This runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser. The page will reload if you make edits.

Usage

After starting the app, you can use the navigation menu to switch between the To-Do List, Task Manager, Agenda, and Event Planner features. Add, delete, or edit your tasks and events as needed. Your changes will be saved to local storage and persist across sessions.
