Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

zoowork-cli

ZooWork command-line interface.

Installation

npm install --global zoowork-cli

The primary command is zoowork. The legacy lh, lobe, and lobehub commands remain available for compatibility with existing scripts and upstream workflows.

Local Development

  • bun run build only generates dist/index.js.
  • To make zoowork available in your shell, run bun run cli:link.
  • After linking, if your shell still cannot find zoowork, run rehash in zsh.

Custom Server URL

By default the CLI connects to https://zoowork.itong.cloud. To point it at a different server (e.g. a local instance):

Use completion during local development

  • Completion is context-aware. For example, zoowork agent <Tab> shows agent subcommands instead of top-level commands.
  • If you update completion logic locally, re-run the corresponding source <(...) command to reload it in the current shell session.
  • Completion only registers shell functions. It does not install the zoowork binary by itself.
